Trinseo supplier information, as listed below, provides clear guidelines for our suppliers who we expect to:
- Have global representation and commitment, participating in all needed geographies and in all available product offerings
- Comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct and the Trinseo Purchasing Ethics Policy
- Commit to REACH (a European Union regulatory system for chemicals management, which requires that EU manufacturers and importers of substances to the EU disclose information on the properties of their substances) and declare their intent to pre-register and register, as well as provide an approximate timeline
We also ask our suppliers to be Responsible Care® compliant or similarly certified.

We focus on total cost impact, not just on the price, recognizing that implementation is as important as the original deal.
